Introduction

This site is the online Antonakis online store (hereinafter referred to as the “e-Shop”) of the Business Entity under the name “Panagiotis Antonakis”, VAT No.: 024593827, Registration Number(GEMI): 031827157000, located at Ouranopoli, Chalkidiki 63 075, Greece (hereafter “Company”).

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions”) are intended to express, in a clear and understandable way, based on the principle of good faith and the provisions governing and regulating the Company’s relations with the individual visitor and/or customer of the e-Shop, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 on “Consumer Protection Act” and in particular the provisions regarding distance sales and Law 2472/1997 on “Protection of individuals from the processing of personal data”, as are currently updated.

Each entry, browse and transaction on this e-Shop, makes you a visitor and/or customer of the e-Shop. Before you browse the e-Shop, please confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you accept them as any use and/or transaction you may have with the Business Entity through the e-Shop implies your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Security

For safe navigation in the e-Shop as well as for the security of your related transactions, the Business Entity takes all appropriate measures by adopting modern high quality security standards in line with market trends such as the high level of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology by Lets Encypt set up during the introduction of sensitive personal data offering 2048-bit encrypted communication. Please be advised that we do our best to protect your personal data and that Safe Browsing at the Store as well as password protection in your personal account is also up to you.

Sales

Products sold by the e-Shop are products of the Business Entity (hereafter “Products”). The features and other accompanying elements (for example, the existence of a guarantee, the identity, any instructions, etc.) of the products sold are available and you can find them by following the search instructions listed in the Store and by clicking on the name of the corresponding product. The prices on the relevant catalogs next to each product include VAT, currently (24%). These prices refer to the products and quantities that are available in the Business Entity’s warehouse, while the e-Shop reserves the right to readjust the prices without notice.

Order Place/Cancel

Submitting a Product Order is a binding purchase proposal for these Products in the total price displayed on the order, including VAT, packing and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts you are eligible as visitor/customer. Your order is completed by accepting it from the Business Entity by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provided when you submitted this order.

In the case you do not receive a confirmation message for your order, please contact immediately the e-Shop in info@antonakis.gr to ensure that your order has been successfully completed.

The e-Shop uses a mechanism to cancel an order (wholly or partially) already registered and not yet delivered. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) you should send an email to info@antonakis.gr. This feature is offered to you by the time we inform you about the sending of your order. After this time, it is not possible to cancel the placed order.

Shipping costs and delivery terms

The products are of excellent quality, complying with the international quality and design specifications, are carefully packaged and are immediately delivered on the Business Entity’s premises. If you declare this when submitting your order, Products may be sent to you at your own expense through a courier service at the latest within 10 days of the date of confirmation of your order, at the address you have indicated at the time of submission your order. Shipments will take place daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The timing of dispatch of the Products is subject to the availability of the items ordered in the e-Shop’s warehouse as well of the occurrence of force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes, etc.), in which case we will inform you by e-mail or telephone in order to tell us if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order.

GREECE:

Shipments are made in collaboration with the courier General Post Office. Delivery time of immediately available products 1-3 working days. Shipping cost 5 € and free for purchases over 75 €.

Pick up from Courier:

You can also request to pick up your parcel from your local Courier store. Free cash on delivery throughout Greece in the option of payment to Courier in cash and up to the amount of € 499.99.

CYPRUS-ALBANIA-BULGARIA-ROMANIA-TURKEY:

Shipments are made through Hellenic Post (ELTA) with a registered letter of first priority to the customer's wish address. Delivery time of immediately available products 4-7 working days. Shipping cost 10 € and free for purchases over 200 €.

OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES:

Shipments are made via Hellenic Post (ELTA) with a registered letter of first priority to the customer's wish address. Delivery time of immediately available products 5-8 working days. Shipping cost 15 € and free for purchases over 250 €.

REST OF THE WORLD (OUTSIDE EUROPE):

Shipments are made via Hellenic Post (ELTA) with a registered letter of first priority to the customer's wish address. Delivery time of immediately available products 8-13 working days. Shipping cost 20 € and free for purchases over 400 €.

PRODUCT DELIVERY DELAY:

The store is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to cases that can not be attributed to its fault or due to force majeure and therefore, is entitled to an extension of execution time. Force Majeure means any event that is outside the store's control area such as adverse weather conditions, inaccessible places that may involve extra delivery time, strikes. If such incidents last for more than a month, the contract can be terminated by either party without compensation.

CUSTOMS DUTIES:

The eshop www.antonakis.gr is not responsible for any additional charges of customs duties and taxes that may occur in shipments of products outside Europe.

Cancelation and Return Policy

1) Return - Replacement of Product:

In case of a defected item or low quality the customer is entitled to return the product by a courier service that will be indicated by Antonakis' store. The buyer has the right to request: A) replacement of the product B) repair of the product C) reduction in price in proportion to the defect price D) right of withdrawal from the sale.

In addition, the customer can exercise the right to return and replace the product if:

The buyer should contact the store within 48 hours by phone at 2377024022 and 2377071129 or via email info@antonakis.gr.
In case the customer has received a product different from that of his order.
The product has not been used and has not been damaged, therefore it is in its original condition, without being modified or removed, to be in the package with all its accompanying documents such as warranty, tab, instructions for use, receipt ,invoice.
To be in a condition that allows its immediate resale.

2)Right of withdrawal:

The consumer can withdraw the contract he concluded with the store www.antonakis.gr within a time limit of fourteen (14) days from the moment of receipt of the relevant product. The shipping costs of returning the product to the store are borne by the consumer and should be within a period of fourteen (14) days from the publication of the contract termination. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer, the supplier is obliged to return the amounts paid to him by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer is possible if:

Refers to a product for which there is NO customization in products, such as wedding rings.
The product has NOT been worn or used beyond the test and has NOT been modified, so it should be in its original condition exactly as received by the consumer.
His accompanying documents such as guarantee, card, instructions for use, receipt, invoice have NOT been damaged or removed.
Be in the package received by the consumer and be in a condition that allows immediate resale by the store.

The store www.antonakis.gr is entitled to delay the return of money until it receives the products back.

In case of receipt of damaged or incomplete products, the store may request compensation from the customer and will assess the damage. If damage occurs, the store may unilaterally offset its claim against the customer's claim.

The store www.antonakis.gr does not bear any responsibility for any damage or loss of the product during the transfer of its return to the store.

Products Price

The prices on the relevant catalogs next to each product include VAT (24%). These prices refer to the quantities available in the warehouse of the Business Entity, while the store reserves the right to re-pricing.

Promotional Messages

The e-Shop allows you/your guests to choose to be informed about the Business Entity’s new Products and any other offers and services of the Business Entity by sending advertising or newsletters to the email or postal address you have requested. The e-Shop will in no case use the above-mentioned service abusively. You are always given the opportunity to discontinue this service by sending a request to info@antonakis.gr.

Any visitor/customer of the e-Shop may contact the Store by telephone or in writing electronically at info@antonakis.gr or by post to the address of the Business Entity listed above.

Intellectual and industrial property rights

Except for explicit exceptions (third party copyrights, affiliates, and copyrights), all content on the site, including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, overall appearance, services and Products and generally the entire e-Shop are intellectual property, industrial designs, distinctive features, signs, symbols, signs and trademarks and service marks of the Business Entity, its affiliated companies and businesses, and its suppliers are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law and international conventions. Other products or services that may be mentioned in the e-Shop and bear the trademarks of their respective organizations, companies, affiliates, agencies, associations or publications are their own intellectual and industrial property and therefore bear their own responsibility.

Liability

By accepting these terms & conditions and browsing the e-Shop, the visitor/customer declare responsibly that are legally qualified to enter into this agreement as well as make use of the e-Shop under the terms and conditions set forth herein. Also, as a visitor/customer of the e-Shop, you agree and accept that you are responsible for any use of the e-Shop and of your account.

Applicable Law

The Business Entity and the e-Shop reserve the right to modify or renew in writing these T&C without notice, which will be effective from the date of their posting to the e-Shop. Failure to exercise any right of the Business Entity may not be construed as a waiver of that right.

Other Terms

Navigating, using and trading with the e-Shop is governed by Greek law, the law of the European Union and the relevant international treaties. Any dispute arising during navigation, use and transaction with the e-Shop is being brought to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.

Any provision of these terms becomes legally inapplicable, it shall automatically cease to be valid and shall be withdrawn from the present, without in any way undermining the validity of the other terms.

The Business Entity, complying with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21.5.2013 on the online resolution of consumer disputes, Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on alternative dispute resolution of consumer disputes and Ministerial Decision No. 70330cc.
