Handcrafted Byzantine-Medieval Gerochristo cross pendant with hinged bail made in solid gold 18k and sterling silver 925. A large, sophisticated cross pendant, decorated with turmaline gemstone in cabochon shape on the center and rubies on the arms of the cross.
On the body of the cross, engraved the: IC XC NI KA (IC XC for “Jesus Christ” and NI KA for “conquers”) symbol, the Byzantine symbol also known as “En Touto Nika” (“in this be victorious” or the Latin equivalent “in hoc signo vinces”).
